You may substitute an alternative delegate with the delegate whose details have been provided with the order generally for no extra charge. While we will try to ensure that the event goes ahead as scheduled, this may not always be possible. Upon such cancellation or rescheduling resulting in the delegate (or any replacement delegate) not being able or willing to attend the event, we shall provide you with a full refund of the amount paid by you to us within 14 working days of you requesting such in writing provided there are no other outstanding sums due to Virtue Insight from your organisation.

In the circumstances outlined in the above paragraph, except to the extent that we will refund you the sums paid by you to us, we shall not be liable for transportation, accommodation, loss of earnings or any other associated costs incurred by you or the delegate in respect of such cancellation or rescheduling of the event.

There is a 75% liability on all bookings once made, whether by post, fax, or email. There is a no refund policy for cancellations received on or after two months before the start of the event. Should you decide to cancel after this date, the full invoice must be paid.

Conference notes will then be sent to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer places between conferences and executive briefings. However, if you cannot attend the conference, you may make a substitution/name change at any time, as long as we are informed in writing by email, fax or post. Name changes and substitutions must be from the same company or organization and are not transferable between countries. If you cancel your participation (once confirmed) and haven’t paid the attendance fee you will be liable to pay an administration fee of £ 200 + VAT
